Contact UsSystem 1 is a flexible crack repair material will be warranted against any cracks or shrinkage that occur to repairs that were originated by us for a period of One Year from the date of original repair(s) were completed. Repairs will be made using our System 1 crack repair materials. System 1 crack repair is not sold as a match for your existing concrete but as repair material.
Ultra 555 will be warranted for one year against re-cracking. Repairs will be made using either Ultra 555, or CSI System 1 crack repair material.
All stains will be removed to the best of CSI’s ability using environmentally friendly products. Acids and harsh chemicals will cause damage to the surface of your concrete and the surrounding areas and cannot legally be washed down the drain; therefore we cannot guarantee complete removal of stains.
Color sample on charts represent the color of finish as closely as possible. Color Variations may occur due to differences in cement, aggregates, lighting, and methods of application.
Any cracks that form to areas treated by CSI, up to one year of the original completion date, will be repaired with CSI System 1 crack repair material. We do not guarantee against future spalling or flaking.
